Another busy week for the HRC teams, with plenty of competitive squash57, some fantastic individual performances and some great results across the divisions!

Heswall 57's vs Neston – 15-7 WIN
A brilliant away performance from Heswall, securing a convincing victory at Neston.
Our individual winners were:

Any win at Neston Swampers makes you a hero in my eyes!
Heswall Variety – 10-14 Heswall Fury
A competitive evening for Variety, who narrowly missed out on the team result in a tight Derby game.
Martin Simpson and Jayne McGrath opened up the night. In a tight game, Martin squeezed past the winning post. Whilst Phil Bevan beat Lee Bull 3-1. Well played to all. Lewis Clarke then beat Rob Wright 3-0 before Mark Jones ran Mark Evans into submission - with an impressive 3-1 win. Neil Walker beat shot player Paul Rigby 3-2. That left Dan Parker to take on star man Locky . A close game of a good standard, Locky taking it 3-1.
A couple of great performances to take away from the evening.
Heswall Racketeers vs LCC – 19-5 WIN
A fantastic result for the Racketeers as last season's top two met for the first time.
Matty Stapledon dismissed Sam Pryke with the improving Matty Smith following the trend against Martin Green. Andy Corran then showed what he has to offer beating LCC favourite Jason Hopkins 3-1. Peter Barton then powered his way past the willing Matty Dolphin. That left Mike Beecham to take on Andrew Breen. A marvelous game and performance by both. Andy taking it 3-2 and 11-9 in the fifth.
Heswall Rebels vs Lymm – 10-15 LOSS
A tough evening against Lymm, but there were some excellent individual performances despite the overall result. Captain, Jayne McGrath came close. Whilst everyone's favourite Shani Stapledon, deserved more as she narrowly lost 3-2. Chris Moores is flying, with a good 3-0 win. Rob Wright then used those racket skills to take apart Jordan Senior. In the absence of a no.1 Rob Wright stepped in but didn't have enough to beat Alex Wigfield. Next time.
We also want to give a shout-out to Lee Bull. His enthusiasm, commitment and positive attitude help drive our team spirit. It’s people like Lee who make being part of HRC special.
Keep it up, Lee! Onwards and upwards!
Well done to everyone who represented HRC this week. Three team victories, some excellent individual results and plenty of positives to take into next week.
