Member Attendance
All members are encouraged to attend the AGM.
In accordance with Rule 7:
Paid-up Full Members (Single, Joint, Senior, Life) are eligible to vote.
Day & Social Members with at least five years of previous Full Membership are also eligible to vote.
Day, Social, Youth and Country Members are not eligible to vote but are warmly invited to attend.
The Committee and Trustees welcome comments and views from all members.
AGM Scheduling Statement
The Committee recognises that this AGM is taking place later than usual.
Over the past 12 months, the Club has undertaken the most significant development in its history — the design and construction of two new padel courts. The Committee’s primary focus has been to deliver this project on budget and to the highest possible standard, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth for the Club.
We thank members for their patience and understanding during this period of development.
AGM scheduling will return to normal moving forward, with the 2025 AGM planned later this year.
The future of Heswall Rackets Club is extremely positive, with strong membership growth and padel adding a dynamic new dimension alongside squash, racketball and junior development.
