Hi Members,
As court usage continues to grow, please take a moment to familiarise yourself with the booking procedures and member benefits available through the MyCourts system.
Court Bookings
• HRC members can book Padel courts up to 14 days in advance.
• Pay & Play users can book courts up to 7 days in advance.
Coaching Sessions
• All Padel coaching sessions with Sean are now booked through the MyCourts system.
• All coaching bookings are made via the "Group Sessions" option in MyCourts.
• HRC members can book coaching sessions up to 14 days in advance.
• Pay & Play users can book coaching sessions up to 7 days in advance.
• Pay & Play users pay 25% more per person for coaching sessions than members.
Squash & Racketball Mix-Ins
• Squash and Racketball (Squash57) mix-in sessions can now also be booked and paid for through MyCourts.
• You will find all available sessions under "Group Sessions" in the drop-down menu.
Adding Players to Your Booking
• When booking a Padel court, please ensure that all 4 players are added to the booking.
• If any of the players are non-members, please select the Guest option when adding them to the booking.
• Failure to add playing partners correctly may result in additional charges being applied by the booking system.
These measures help us manage court usage accurately and ensure members receive the full benefits of their membership.
