- Members can add/modify playing names after booking but before the court playing time. Changes cannot be made after playing time starts

- Booking must be made by the individual online.
- Players will receive a reminder via email on the day of play from
- Frequency of play – It has been decided not to set a limit on the number of times a player can play in a given period. However, if it appears the courts are being monopolised by a few players, limitations will be introduced.

- Members must have credit in their booking system accounts in order to purchase extra light time.
